Yogurt dip with 5 Olive oil & dry herbs
Quick and easy to make. Provides 12% of the daily need of calcium 12% and 30% of Vitamin K (~3TBS). Experiment with different dry herbs, anything goes!
1 cup of Greek Yogurt 2%
2 TBS 5 Olive oil (or to taste)
3 TBS Fresh Lemon Juice (or to taste)
1 TBS Dry Oregano
1 TBS Dry Thyme
1 TBS Dry Parsley
1 tsp Salt
In a medium bowl, add all ingredients except the lemon juice, and mix well. Add lemon juice in the end and mix until combined.
Accompany with whole grain crackers. Tip: for a lighter dish, choose cut up fresh vegetables, such as carrots, cucumber, broccoli and cauliflower.
